Well, I know that there is one thing that is super duper sad! And, after the accident, it made life a better, and safer, place! Try to guess what it is. If, you guessed the Tek Sing, no, the Amelia Earhart accident, wrong, for the correct answer is, the Titanic! The past few months, I've been very interested in reading books about the Titanic, the last book I read about it, totally stopped that! I barely made it to the middle of the book, when I couldn't read on.
But, I found some stuff in me, that wanted to keep reading! Now most of you are probably thinking that I am crazy! But I don't think so, I just have one thing, I am never going to ride a ship, ever, in my life, even if they are willing to pay me $100,000! No way am I ever going to ride one, especially if it only has 16 life boats, more fancy than a hotel, and is called unsinkable!
At least, a while later, it led to better safety at sea! YAY! But, it is still so sad that it happened! It makes me feel like I think there is a way to help it right now, make it so the Titanic never was made, or never sailed in the North, but that was in the past, I can't fix it unless, I had time travel! So, maybe in the future when I am still alive, and they have time travel! I will go back.
(I doubt that they will have time travel then, so oh well! Still wish I can do something about it any way)
Any way, I am going to push my kids forward to not wanting to read about the Titanic!

GGGGGGGEEEEESSSS
Wow, the years go by so fast, faster than I can blink, give us more time! Give us more days, give us more sunny days, days we can ride our bikes, play outside with no shoes, AND NOT BE COLD!
Finally!
At the beggining of the year, we had mayor elections, in my class. Only about a third of the class ran for mayor. One of them was me. I had lost to someone else, the worst thing was that all he wrote on his poster was that you should vote for him because he is awesome, cool, bla bla bla. I really hated it.
Then, he was mayor for a while, so he got to do a lot of things that no one else got to do. But then January came by, and we had new mayor elections. I had decided to not run for mayor because only one person could win. And I thought that is wasn't worth it. Until just at the last minute, I heard someone who wasn't running say that they were going to vote for me if I had ran, because I had helped him catch up on his work a lot. Then I decided this time, if I do run, then I will probaly have a better chance of winning this time. So I did.
I was so anxious to win, I was so caught up in all of it, the time my teacher had counted the votes, I didn't know what was really happening. So, I was confused, until she said, "The person who won mayor, was probaly the person I would choose if I could vote" That made me really scared. Because there were other people that had ran, that were a little less talky than I was.
Then she said, "And the winner is..." I could barely breath, I had been waiting an waiting "SUZIE" All I could do was keep putting my hand over my mouth. Every second it seemed to be more like a dream.
Then, when I finally got over it. I looked at my best friend who also ran for mayor. She was staring at me like she never wanted to see me again, that was what made me feel really bad. The look that she gave me.
Now, I still see her glare at me when my teacher says something that the mayor has to do, she still does that, but, I don't blame her. Thats what I did to the other person that won, I glared at him until the next time we did that. It's just a circle of life.
I'm really looking forward to when I have kids, and telling them I got to be my class mayor in third grade.
But, I'm also going to tell them, if they win class mayor and there best friend doesn't, don't talk to them about it, or they will get so mad at you. Just so you know

I am never doing that again!
I am never doing that again, do you here me! yesterday I graduated from R.A.D.Kids, (a place that teachers kids how to pertect themselves) the third grade did it and my class graduated from it yesterday. What we did for that is we go to use our R.A.D.Kids moves that we learned on one of our teachers Mr. D. he got dressed up in a red padded suit and then pretended to grab us. We would have to fight to get away.
I did that yesterday, and it was kinda fun, kinda not. It was a little embarrassing. So I never want to do it again!! NEVER!!!!!

Right now I'm reading Summer of the Monkeys.
Right now I'm reading Summer of th Monkeys, I'm not finished yet but it is so hilarious. Wilson Rawls is the best writer ever! I want to read all of his books. Summer of the Monkeys I think is just as good as Where the Red Fern Grows, besides the last chapter. The last chapter is so sad, whenever I look at the cover I want to cry. With Daisy's crumpled leg, it must of been hard for her to get around. It's really sad that they would have to pay a lot of money to fix it, it was really nice of his grandpa to get them a place to stay in the mountains.
I think one of the funny parts are when Daisy tells Jay Berry that there is a man of the mountains and he'll give you bad luck. Want to know what that reminded me of, Santa Claus coming and you were being naughty and he gave you cole. It's a nice joke especially because it's close to Christmas. I can't believe it 6 more days till' Christmas it's unbelievable! I think another funny part in the book is when Jimbo gets Jay Berry and Rowdy drunk, thats really funny, who would take sour mash and drink it to be a friend? Its's just weird, I guess I can't blame him because he didn't know it could get him drunk.
Right now I'm on chapter 13 so I've past halve way, there's 20 chapter in the book so I have 7 left to go. To those people who haven't had a chance to read it find one along with Where the Red Fern Grows.

who wants to hear how third grade is going???????
Well this might not be shocking but in first grade and second grade I didn't learn something new every day just once in a while. But now in 3rd grade I learn something new almost every day. But the thing is a lot of the other 3rd graders in different classes say she is the meanest teacher that teaches 3rd grade. At the beginning of the year I thought that, but I once you get used to her, she isn't that bad. But one thing for sure about her, she's a lot more different than I imagined her to be.
Have you seen the pictures of our new cats, there soooooo cute. Some of you probaly have but I know one family hasn't. Wynn and Heidi and Alea and Weston!
